Application details you submit to join the cohort: name, email, and information about the problem or product you plan to build.

Contact details you give us when you email us, message us on social media, or subscribe to updates.

Basic usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) collected automatically to keep the site working and to understand what people find useful.

To review applications, run the cohort, and communicate with you about sessions, office hours, and Demo Day.

To send updates if you subscribe to our newsletter. Submitting the newsletter form sends your email to Google Forms, which is how we collect it, and does not sign you up for anything else on its own. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To improve the programme and this site. We do not sell your personal data.

We use Codex, AWS, and Dodo Payments as tools throughout the sprint. If you use them during the programme, your data with those providers is also governed by their own privacy policies.

The newsletter sign-up on this site is a custom form, but it submits directly to a Google Form we own. Your email is stored in Google's systems under Google's privacy policy, in addition to ours. After signing up, we also show a link to our Luma events calendar; visiting and subscribing there is a separate, optional step you take on Luma's own site.

Demo Day RSVPs are also handled through Luma, and applications and communication may run through standard tools like Google Forms and Gmail. Each has its own privacy practices.

This site embeds a YouTube player for a small interactive element on the homepage. Interacting with it loads content from YouTube, which may set its own cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy. This only happens if you choose to interact with it.
